British packaging brand Tri-Star has launched a new range of stackable deli pots in four sizes.
The company claims the Tri-Green range suits varying foodservice businesses, from high-street coffee shops, to larger convenience food outlets selling salads and snacks.
It is hoped the minimalistic designs of the plastic containers will ‘guarantee excellent merchandising value on the shelves’.
The Tri-Green pots are made from recycled PET and each have different depths, manufactured in four sizes: 240cc, 375cc, 550cc and 750cc. Each has the same size lid which is compatabile with other lightweight pots.
Tri-Star managing director Kevin Curran said: “Just like our award-winning Tri-Pot deli pot, the new Tri-Green fits the bill perfectly for today’s market and its soft curves fit snugly in the hand. It is environmentally-friendly; made from recycled and recyclable PET and gives a low-carbon footprint.”
Earlier this year Tri-Star unveiled a new design concept that consists of interchangeable, interlockable components designed to store multiple takeaway dishes.
