Ukraine mineral and drinking water association formed

The largest players on the Ukrainian bottled mineral and drinking water market - IDS Group Ukraine and Coca-Cola Ukraine – with other companies in the sector, have decided to form the Association of Mineral and Drinking Water Manufactures of Ukraine.

The president of the newly created association, Tetiana Strykalenko, said at a press conference in Kyiv that the association has started operating and it aims to provide comprehensive help to domestic mineral and drinking water manufactures, establishing efficient lines of communication between association members and protecting their interests at government bodies.

Strykalenko also said that the association has joined the European Federation of Bottled Water (EFBW) and the European Business Association (EBA).
