The Telegraph reports that the sale price was not disclosed but was estimated at the time to be in the ‘low tens of millions’.
The company stated that Daniel Francis Butters and William Kenneth Dawson were appointed joint administrators and now manage the affairs, business and property of the company in administration.
The joint administrators act as agents of the companies and contract without personal liability. The joint administrators are authorised by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
