Winners of the World Beverage Innovation Awards 2016 revealed

The winners and finalists in all 26 categories of the World Beverage Innovation Awards 2016, sponsored by Ardagh Group, have been announced as part of a special ceremony at BrauBeviale in Germany. Now in its 14th successful year, the awards are designed to celebrate excellence and innovation across every category of the global beverage industry.

This year, 229 entries from 37 different countries competed in 26 categories. Overall winners from each of the categories will be announced at the awards ceremony, to be held on 9 November during BrauBeviale in Germany.

“We saw a fantastic range of products this year as innovation continues to ignite consumers’ growing interest in beverages,” said FoodBev Media’s marketing director Isabel Sturgess. “The awards are a great way to keep up to date with the industry’s best innovations across the globe. It’s a great celebration and highlights company successes in areas of finished products, marketing, manufacturing, ingredients and, importantly, commitment to CSR.”
