Danish dessert company Winterspring has launched a range of ice desserts.
The desserts resemble flavour combinations only found in the Nordic region and developed in collaboration with leading Nordic chefs using carefully selected ingredients and specialist suppliers in the UK.
Flavours in the range are set to include liquorice rose hip flower white chocolate, camomile vanilla apple featuring apple sorbet and golden roasted pumpkin seeds; and chocolate sea buckthorn an irresistible combination of rich chocolate and honey ice cream, sea buckthorn sorbet and crushed dark chocolate.

The new products are available in Waitrose stores across the UK with a recommended retail price of £7.99.
