Curry cheese or bacon jam?

In August, I wrote about some curious taste combinations in recent product launches, but these latest ideas seem to take the biscuit.

A former British rock star has introduced a Cheddar tikka masala. Others in the range include tomato ketchup and sweet chilli.

Elsewhere in Britain, a renowned convenience store immediately sold out when it started marketing bacon jam.

I’m not sure what that tells you about British taste.
