The final countdown

The rush is on, with only a month to go before entries close for the 2009 Beverage Innovation Awards.

Time flies and there’s now only a month to go to enter the 2009 Beverage Innovation Awards. We’re already wading through a flood of entries, but with the 30 June closing date fast approaching, one can’t help feel that those who miss out on the huge benefits offered by the contest will be kicking themselves. Given the current economic climate, this is surely the perfect platform to publicise new products, concepts and technologies.

Of course, all the advantages offered by entry to the competition are too numerous to mention here in this blog, but you can expect to:

  • Receive industry recognition from peers
  • Raise your profile in the marketplace
  • Motivate staff and investors
  • Gain invaluable media coverage
  • Boost consumer confidence in your brand or technology
  • Ultimately, sell more merchandise.

Bottled water companies can enter in various categories, including ‘Best New Water’ and ‘Best New Flavoured Water’.

The sustainability section is another key aspect of the contest, and we’ve waived the entry fee for entries in the ‘Best Ethical Initiative’ category, so feel free to nominate yourself or an industry partner and they could be taking centre stage at the awards ceremony this September at Drinktec in Munich.
