Shop of the future

Here’s another example of simple brilliance. Look at photographs of product shelf displays on a wall. Scan the QR codes of those you want to buy with your mobile phone and your shopping basket will be delivered home within hours.
Science fiction? No, new reality. Tesco started a trial two months ago in a Korean underground station. It’s been so successful that it’s already being extended to other stops.
Another virtue of virtual shopping.

It’s incredible what Tesco did in Korea. I think it’s time to take that possibility very serious and push it further worldwide.
