White Fungus Bird’s Nest Drink

No, I haven’t invented this. It’s not a casual idea, nor is it a technical description. It’s actually part of the branding.

Wonderfarm White Fungus Bird’s Nest Drink has just been launched in China and a 24cl can sells for a little under a dollar.

I do hope someone can report back to me on its taste and texture. It might even be rather good.
