Glanbia has its origins in the Irish cooperative movement that evolved over the last century. It was formed in 1997 out of the merger of Avonmore Foods plc and Waterford Foods plc.
Glanbia manufactures a wide array of fresh dairy products under the Yoplait brand, such as Yoplait Fruit Yogurt, Yop, Petits Filous, Mixed Seeds, Superfruits, 0%, Smootheze, Everybody and Everykid.
