Symrise is a global supplier of fragrances, flavorings, cosmetic active ingredients, and raw materials as well as functional ingredients.
With a market share of 10%, Symrise is the world’s fourth largest supplier in this industry. Its clients include manufacturers of perfumes, cosmetics and foods, the pharmaceutical industry and producers of nutritional supplements.
The Symrise Group was formed in 2003 by a merger between the German companies Haarmann & Reimer and Dragoco. The company’s roots date back to 1874 and 1919, when these two companies were founded.
