Following its successful launch in 2014, Zenith International and MyDrink Beverages will be holding the event again in 2015. Drinkpreneur Live is Europe’s only business accelerator for beverage start-ups and the unique one day conference and concept development workshop enables new beverage brands to meet industry experts, advisers, distributors and mentors. All are on-hand to stimulate ideas, share knowledge and advise.
Robots for agriculture; intelligent crop monitoring; vertical city farms; ingredients from lupine or algae and sustainable methods for growing, nutrient extraction and waste valorisation – they will all be part of the near future of food and agriculture. Start-ups in this domain use their ideas, technology and innovation power to contribute to a better, smarter and more sustainable and diverse food system. On 25–26 May these startups will come to the Wageningen campus in central Netherlands for F&A Next – the first European platform for start-ups, investors and corporates in food and agriculture.
The event will shine a spotlight on start-ups in food and agriculture that deserve to be in the investor’s eye. F&A Next gathers the largest group of investors in food and agriculture, the most innovative international start-ups in this domain and high-impact corporates during its start-up event.
The Winter fancy food show takes place in San Francisco from January 22 – 24 to discover the hottest new products, producers, and trends. There will be more than 33,000 industry professionals and tastemakers in attendance.
Every two years, the heart of the Sirha trade exhibition beats to the beat of the final of the prestigious Bocuse d’Or contest. After many months of preparations, twenty four of the most promising chefs in the world will experience two days of intense competition during which they will have to give their very best in order to try and win the most beautiful trophy in the world of gastronomy.
Before taking part in the final the participants had first to earn their qualification via continental selection events (Bocuse d’Or Europe, Bocuse d’Or Asia Pacific and Bocuse d’Or Latin America), individual qualifications or by being attributed one of the wildcards. This final test will reveal to the world the best talents in culinary arts from all over the planet.
Created in 1987 by Paul Bocuse with the purpose of highlighting the chefs’ talent and excellence, the Bocuse d’Or contest will be celebrating 30 years of existence. Many surprises are in store for January 2017 to celebrate this event!
East Africa’s premier International Food & Agriculture exhibition to host Exhibitors from over 20 countries
Kenya’s premier Food & Agriculture exhibition returns to Nairobi from 01 – 03 August, 2019. FOODAGRO AFRICA 2019 will showcase top products, equipment and machinery presented by exhibitors from over 20 countries.
Building on the success of previous events, the FOODAGRO AFRICA 2019 just gets bigger and better. Also contributing is the recognition of Kenya as one of the major access point in Africa and the huge volume of imports in the country for its own consumption for over 40 million consumers. Last year, Kenya imported goods valued at $200 million and re-exported goods worth $520 million.
