Latin American Ice Cream Industry event – São Paulo, Brasil
Fispal Sorvetes, The International Technology Trade Show for the Professional Ice-Cream Industry, unique to the sector in the Country, annually brings together thousands of professionals from ice-cream parlors, bakeries, restaurants, distributors and store owners, generating business that makes the Latin American market go round.
The event will take place at the Expo Center Norte, in São Paulo, from the 9-12th of June, from1-9pm and boasts the presence of more than 1,450 brand exhibitors, presenting novelties in equipment, all the latest trends, packaging, refrigeration, storage, logistics and areas related to the ice-cream sector.
Besides being a space for business and networking, the trade show will further offer an exclusive space for the sharing of information and know-how, with lectures, debates and successful case histories from the diverse areas of the sector.
The event takes place simultaneously with Fispal Food Service, International Trade Show of Products and Services for Out-of-Home Catering and Fispal Café, Trade Show for the Coffee Sector. Together, these trade shows create the ideal synergy for those seeking novelties in the sector.
The Winter fancy food show takes place in San Francisco from January 22 – 24 to discover the hottest new products, producers, and trends. There will be more than 33,000 industry professionals and tastemakers in attendance.
Every two years, the heart of the Sirha trade exhibition beats to the beat of the final of the prestigious Bocuse d’Or contest. After many months of preparations, twenty four of the most promising chefs in the world will experience two days of intense competition during which they will have to give their very best in order to try and win the most beautiful trophy in the world of gastronomy.
Before taking part in the final the participants had first to earn their qualification via continental selection events (Bocuse d’Or Europe, Bocuse d’Or Asia Pacific and Bocuse d’Or Latin America), individual qualifications or by being attributed one of the wildcards. This final test will reveal to the world the best talents in culinary arts from all over the planet.
Created in 1987 by Paul Bocuse with the purpose of highlighting the chefs’ talent and excellence, the Bocuse d’Or contest will be celebrating 30 years of existence. Many surprises are in store for January 2017 to celebrate this event!
