365 Retail Markets has acquired US-based self-service technology firm Company Kitchen for an undisclosed figure, expanding 365’s customer base.
Company Kitchen provides a range of workplace food services including company cafés, micro-markets and vending machines, which are supported by a mobile app which provides nutritional information, reward programmes and can serve as a payment platform.
According to 365 Retail Markets, the acquisition of Company Kitchen will add thousands of new market locations and hundreds of new dining locations to its business portfolio.
A statement from the company claimed that all of 30 of Company Kitchen’s employees will join 365, and will continue to operate from their offices in Merriam, Kansas.

“We certainly expect to leverage this to expand our leadership position, to enhance the already great dining experience that Company Kitchen offers, and to bring our self-service technology expertise to customers we have not worked with in the past.”
