Ever since we began as a food and drink industry publisher a decade ago, we’ve seen regular attacks on various sectors linking them to health risks. So I’m pleased that today, we’re publishing two good news stories.
One proves no relationship between the consumption of milk with kidney cancer and the other shows no relationship between consuming even high quantities of sodas and coffee with the risk of contracting colon cancer.
So while of course I would say that ‘all things in moderation’ remains a sound maxim, I’m pleased to see that researchers are putting effort into dispelling some of the crazy myths that have long haunted various sectors of the industry.
Enjoy your soda, coffee or milk today. Where’s the harm?
