The FFS system chosen by AK Gida is the Hygienic Active THM 16/48, which produces 54,000 45g cups per hour at a nominal output of 30 strokes per minute. Oystar’s THM 16/48 device also offers a disinfection feature, which uses steam to cleanse the wrapping materials used by the machine.
