Barcelona-based Ametller has developed an innovative new yogurt range, which uses olive oil to replace the saturated fats of milk.
Featuring 0% animal fat, the new yogurt line is available in Original, Apple Pear & Cinnamon, Figs & Thyme, Persimmon & Peach and Pomegranate & Orange flavours. Ametller’s Yoligur products are low in fat and the brand describes its new creation as ‘a healthy and creamy yogurt’.
The Ametller brand, which has been in operation since 1830, produces a vast range of dairy products, such as thick yogurts, Greek style yogurts and yogurts with fruit, as well as cheeses and creams. Ametller’s Yoligur was recognised at Sial’s exhibition in Paris with a Sial Innovation Grand Prix award.
