Bakerly will launch a new line of traditional French bakery products in the US market from November.
The new Easy Family range will aim to convince American consumers that brioche has a place in every household across the country, with individual variants consisting of brioche rolls, soft brioche baguettes, and both braided and sliced brioche loaves.
All four products are non-GMO, and free from preservatives, artificial colouring, artificial flavouring and high-fructose corn syrup.
Bakerly’s brioche is made to rigorous baking techniques that have been passed down through generations of French bakers, claimed the brand, which began when Breton brothers Julien Caron and Fabian Milon began concentrating their efforts in growing the popularity of crêpes, brioches and other traditional French products in the US.
The company has previously launched lines of filled crêpes, chocolate croissants and sponge cakes.
Bakerly said: “Like all Bakerly products, our brioche is made using only premium, all natural ingredients which includes real butter, rBST-free milk, and unbleached flour. All of our lines are non-GMO and contain zero preservatives, artificial colouring or artificial flavouring. Bakerly is the first line of sweet bakery snacks that you can truly feel good about eating.
“Bakerly’s brioche is a complete hit with the entire family. Our many varieties ensure that it can be enjoyed any time of day… [but] however you decide to use our brioche, the end result is sure to be smiles all around the table.”
