Whiskey Biz features brown butter bourbon ice cream with blonde brownies and whiskey caramel swirls, which is topped with white chocolate ganache and white fudge chunks. The flavour has been produced in partnership with Vermont spirit brand WhistlePig Whiskey, featuring its PiggyBackRye whiskey cooked into the caramel swirls.

Ben & Jerry’s new Topped ice cream line is available now at retailers nationwide for an RRP of $4.99-5.49.
Earlier this month, the company launched Cookie Dough Twist tubs in Rain-dough and Dough-ble Chocolate varieties.
