Juicy Drench is available in three flavours: orange & passionfruit, cranberry & raspberry, and blackcurrant & apple. It’s available in a single-serve 44cl PET pack with a contemporary look in bold colours, created to produce impressive shelf stand-out for retailers.
Britvic brand director, Leslie Davey, said: “Juicy Drench is a real step forward in juice drinks and is designed particularly for adult consumers in the on-the-go environment. Its light, crisp and modern flavours will entice new consumers to the category.”
So far, listings have been secured in Boots, Superdrug, Booker, Bestway, Spar, Nisa-Today, Morrisons and Somerfield. The new drink will be available in convenience outlets, impulse sections of grocery and across the foodservice channel from mid-March 2009.
Juicy Drench aims to build on the success of spring water Drench, which grew 67% in 2008 and continues to bring in new buyers into the water category. A £5.5m marketing campaign including TV, PR and in-store activity will support the launch.
