Cherry Valley, a UK producer of ducks for Chinese restaurants, has relaunched its original Crispy Aromatic Duck recipe. It aims to drive volume sales by attracting new customers and providing the highest possible quality to existing clients.
Going back to its original recipe (launched in 2007), Cherry Valley’s Crispy Aromatic Duck is aimed at wholesalers, restaurants and takeaways, and offers caterers convenience and quality by providing ‘the perfect solution for delivering a quick and delicious product for your customers’.
Each Cherry Valley Crispy Aromatic duck is partly deboned and made up of 2x 350g halves with a minimum pack weight of 700g. The relaunch of the original Crispy Aromatic duck recipe will be supported with a premium packaging refresh.
“Cherry Valley duck has a longstanding reputation for being the highest quality product on the market and that’s something we want to reinforce by relaunching the Cherry Valley Aromatic Crispy Duck recipe,” said sales & marketing director Eric Jagger. “Our original, and best, Aromatic Crispy Duck recipe offers caterers a convenient, delicious and authentic option to offer their customers, as well as providing them with terrific value for money.”
The launch of Cherry Valley’s Boneless Roast Duck will be supported by a highly targeted marketing campaign, including TV and print advertising, as well as public relations and in-store sampling running until 23 November 2014.
