UK-based premium yogurt producer The Coconut Collaborative has released its range of plant-based, dairy-free yogurts in the US.
The brand’s single-serve yogurts are made from coconut milk and cream, are vegan certified and are flavoured with natural sugars from fruit.
Three flavours will be available initially, including original, blueberry and mango & passionfruit.
The brand has also released its dairy-free Paradise Pot range in the US, which is available in Chocolate and Lemon Ganache flavours, both of which contain 100 calories per single-serve pot.
Coconut Collaborative co-founder Edward Averdieck said: “Pleasure needn’t be sacrificed in the pursuit of a healthy lifestyle. We felt there’s a real gap in the U.S. market for great tasting, plant-based yogurts and desserts which feel indulgent but aren’t packed full of sugar.”
“We think you really can have the best of both worlds. Our yogurts and desserts combine great taste with a deliciously thick and creamy texture as well as all the health benefits of Coconut.”
The Coconut Collaborative range is available now at Wegman’s stores in the US, and in other speciality retailers in the New York area.
