London-based cookie dough brand Doughlicious is expanding its portfolio with the introduction of a new ready-to-bake range, and a new line of cookie dough covered ice cream balls.
The ready-to-bake vegan range, called Savoury Biscuits, is described as “a cross between an American biscuit and a British scone” and is available in four flavours: charcoal, black pepper & miso; jalapeño; chilli & cumin; and sundried tomato & oregano.
Meanwhile, the new line of cookie dough covered ice cream balls, called Dough-Chi, is a cookie dough twist on the Japanese dessert, mochi. Dough-Chi is available in three flavours: blueberry yoghurt cheesecake, chocolate truffle and birthday cake.
Both ranges are made using natural and gluten-free ingredients, with no artificial additives or preservatives.
“We are so excited about the launch of these new product ranges,” said Doughlicious’s founder Kathryn Bricken. “Our Savoury Biscuits are a natural progression from our sweet ranges and born from months of experimentation. Dough-chi is also something we’ve been working on for a while.”
Doughlicious’ Savoury Biscuits and Dough-Chi will be available at Ocado from late this month.
