London-based Mexican food manufacturer and supplier Cool Chile C is launching three new ambient sauces for quick and easy use.
There are three unique flavours: Mexican Adobo Marinade which is a perfect tangy marinade for lamb, Mexican Mojo de Ajo, a garlic and chilli oil which can be used as a sauce, marinade or dressing, works perfectly with mushrooms or prawns. Finally, Mexican Buffalo Sauce which is a spicy sauce for chicken and vegetarian dishes such as macaroni cheese.
Initially launching in 70g pots, larger sizes will soon be available.
Cool Chile Co CEO Kelly Peak said: “We are delighted with this new line which we are confident will appeal to both existing and new customers alike. With the steady increase in Mexican cuisine, the sauce pots offer a great new concept with different taste and heat options to choose from.
