Ožujsko Pivo is the official sponsor of Croatia’s national football team which is preparing for FIFA’s World Cup championship this June in Brazil.
The new design combines the characteristic red-and-white checkered pattern of the Croatian flag, coupled with the national football star jerseys, featuring both the names and numbers of key players such as Mario Mandžuki? and Luka Modri?.
“Croatian fans are extremely happy that their team will participate at the World Cup in Brazil,” said Bosko Beban, brand manager at Zagreba?ka Pivovara, the brewery producing Ožujsko. “Our red-and-white football cans are adding to the hype, offering Croatian consumers their favourite beer in packaging with high potential to become a collector’s item.”
Ball produced a first batch of one million red-and-white aluminium cans for Zagreba?ka Pivovara with special customised design, using the Dynamark technology. This technology can be integrated completely into the existing printing process and allows variability in design at normal production speed.
With up to up to 24 different monochromatic graphic elements that can be added to a defined vacant area of the basic design, Beban further added, “We chose Dynamark because it combines customisation with high production output. It will help make our World Cup football campaign unique.”
