Dahlicious Organic announces 10oz lassi portions for the US

Dahlicious Organic, which makes probiotic Indian-style yogurt and lassi, has announced new single-serve portions of its ready-to-drink lassi.

The US-based firm specialises in slow-cultured yogurts, a tradition that stems from India.

Dahlicious said: “This unique culturing method creates a rich and smooth texture, complex flavours and high probiotic counts, which are sustained throughout the shelf life of the product.”

The drinkable Lassi yogurt comes in two flavour variations: alphonso mango and field strawberry. The portability of the new size aims to appeal to consumers on the go.

Dahlicious Organic CEO Tom Burns said: “Single serve offers the opportunity for easy, on-the-go consumption and personalised choice for the consumer.

“This new form factor also positions Dahlicious Organic lassi perfectly as a snack, which is the way our customers enjoy lassi the most. The eight-count multipack also delivers tremendous value.”

Dahlicious Organic products can be found at Costco, Costco Canada, Market Basket, Select Safeway stores, Whole Foods and select speciality retailers.
