DFI achieved gold awards for its Irish White Mature Cheddar in the ‘Irish Cheddar’ class and ‘Mature Cheddar’ class; its 24% full-fat, stirred, extra thick soft cheese in the ‘Soft or cream cheese’ class; American-style lactose-free soft cheese for the ‘Cheese with health benefits’ category; Extra Mature Cheddar 90x90x20g slices in the ‘Sliced cheese’ category; and its coloured, mild, grated Cheddar in the ‘Catering and foodservice’ class.
The company also picked up two silver accolades for its Extra Mature Cheddar 90x45x20g slices and American-style soft cheese, three bronze awards for its full-fat soft cheese, Medium Mature Cheddar 5x5x5mm dice and its Extra Mature Cheddar 90x110x20g slices.
Two highly commended awards were given for its Irish Extra Mature Cheddar and Monterey Jack with Chilli 90x90x25g slices
