Danone North America has added to its Silk brand’s Oat Yeah portfolio in the US with a new line of oat milk creamers.
Oat Yeah Oatmilk Creamer is available in two flavours – oatmeal cookie and vanilla – and has been developed to help coffee drinkers “create barista-quality beverages at home”.
Both variants are dairy-free, nut-free, gluten-free and Non-GMO Project Verified.
“Oat milk first gained popularity with coffee lovers in lattes from their favourite coffee shops. Now, with Oat Yeah Oatmilk Creamers, that experience is just as easy to enjoy at home,” said Martha Opela, senior brand manager of better-for-you creamers for Silk.
Both variants are available in the US with a suggested retail price of $4.29 per quart.
“They’re deliciously creamy, gluten- and nut-free for those with food sensitivities, and are entirely plant-based.”
Oat Yeah Oatmilk Creamers are available in grocery stores in the US with a suggested retail price of $4.29 per quart.
The launch comes after Danone North America in June released Oat Yeah Oatmilk Yogurt Alternatives, which combine gluten-free oats with live and active cultures.
The Silk brand was acquired Danone as part of the $12.5 billion WhiteWave Foods merger.
Last year, Danone revealed plans to triple the size of its plant-based business by 2025 by combining its position in the dairy industry with the high plant-based growth potential.
