Greene King will offer drinkers the chance to win one of three trips to the east coast of the US, as part of the latest marketing campaign for its East Coast IPA brand of beer.
The brand is the focus of this major on- and off-trade promotion, which launched on Greene King’s social media channels at the end of last month and will offer consumers the chance to win one of three trips to Boston, Washington DC and New York worth £4,000 each.
The six-week promotion will also incorporate point-of-sales kits for on-trade retailers and neck collars and shelf wobblers for the off-trade channel. It will also be supported digitally throughout the duration of the campaign, which runs until 10 August.
Greene King IPA brand manager Emily Prince said: “This promotion aims to build brand awareness, visibility and drive distribution of East Coast IPA. As the newest addition to the Greene King IPA family, East Coast IPA is a refreshing ale with summertime appeal, making the hottest season of the year the perfect time to underline its easy-drinking body, and mellow citrus and tropical fruit flavours. It is also ideal for encouraging drinkers to move away from lagers and try premium ales.”
