The agreement includes a provision for royalty payments on nutraDried fruit products produced using EnWave’s technology. A Mivap dehydrator has been purchased for its new plant.
“This agreement represents a further step forward in the commercial introduction of EnWave’s proprietary dehydration technology into the North American food processing sector,” said Dr Tim Durance, co-CEO, EnWave Corporation. “Milne Fruit supplies fruit products to some of North America’s largest food companies, and they are well known for the quality of their products.”
