Food Factory is a leading European event on the Food Factory for the Future for the scientific community and companies. Since 2001, the Food Factory conferences have been jointly organized by Laval Mayenne Technopole (LMT, France) and SP Food and Bioscience (previously SIK, Sweden).
This international and multidisciplinary conference is oriented towards industrial applications and it will take place in four successive thematic sessions:
New Food Factory Safe Food Factory Green Food Factory Smart Food Factory
Scientists (PhD students researchers) from academic and industrial research centers are invited to submit their communication proposals as a one page abstract no later than Friday, April 15th, 2016.
The Scientific Committee will then select among the abstracts, the papers to be presented in the conference sessions, and those presented as posters.
