The Bridge2Food virtual Summit + Expo on Plant-Based Foods & Proteins Americas 2021 will be held on September 27-29 from 9.00 am to 5.30 pm CDT (Chicago Time).
This unique three-day summit is dedicated to connecting plant-based brands with the value chain, including retailers, foodservice professionals, food manufacturers, ingredient suppliers, and other service providers such as packaging, market, and brand agencies. Visitors will be able to enjoy thought leading presentations, take part in exciting panel discussions, and build connections through 1:1 business meetings and speed dating sessions.
The programme is built on the following three pillars: The-state of the industry, precision fermentation and cell-based meat. It will also cover the latest updates on new ingredients, formulations, ingredients, and technologies by industry experts. On the third and last day, startups will pitch their innovations on meat-free, dairy-free, fish-free, and egg-free.
