Boulder Ice Cream claims that the gelato is the only GMO-free, USDA-certified organic gelato on the US market. It’s also gluten-, egg- and hormone-free, and made with no corn syrup, artificial ingredients or colours.
The gelato is available in seven flavours and is made using a slow-churn process to create a smooth, creamy and rich texture containing only 6% butterfat (half the fat of most ice creams).
