The first two products – handcrafted goats’ cheese filled with sun-dried tomatoes and handcrafted goats’ cheese filled with a black olive tapenade pesto – represent a significant diversification by the company into easy-to-cook convenience meals.
New product development chef Peter Williamson, who has held similar roles with Waitrose and Sainsbury’s in Britain, has been working closely with Fivemiletown Creamery.
