Fine food confectioner Flower & White has introduced a tempting new limited edition brandy butter and brandy cream, in time for what it has termed the “season to indulge”.
The company’s rich brandy butter comprises a sweetened, unsalted butter with a splash of French brandy. It is ideal for adding to hot Christmas puddings and mince pies, or spread over toasted panettone ready to melt.
Flower & White’s extra thick brandy cream is a sweetened, pasteurised double cream, also incorporating a dash of French brandy. An alternative partner to Christmas pudding and mince pies – or a boozy filling to festive brandy snaps – this brandy cream can be paired with seasonal fruit such as figs and oranges and served alongside meringue.
The two new products are both available in 200g pots for the retail channel, with recommended retail prices of £1.89 for the brandy butter and £1.99 for the brandy cream.
They are both suitable for vegetarians and gluten-free.
