Fresh Express has launched two new salad kits as it aims to offer consumers restaurant-inspired products that they can enjoy at home.
The pumpkin panzanella kit features a blend of rocket, kale, pumpkin-spiced cornbread croutons, chow mein noodles, apple-spiced pepitas, sweet cherry-flavoured cranberries, and an apple Dijon vinaigrette dressing.
Meanwhile, the caesar chopped kit consists of romaine lettuce, croutons, cracked pepper, grated parmesan cheese, and a parmesan caesar dressing.
Fresh Express said it has collaborated with culinary chefs to create salad kits that replicate favourite flavours and seasonal blends “to keep everyday meals exciting”.
Other variants in the brand’s kit range include organic Asian sesame, cherry almond bleu and chipotle cheddar chopped.

Chefs at the Fresh Express innovations kitchen tested multiple recipes, carefully selecting flavour combinations and unique ingredients, to provide restaurant-inspired salads that our customers can enjoy in the comfort of their home.”
The new salad kits are now available in the US.
