The brand’s new factory, which has a processing capacity of five tonnes of milk an hour, will work to turn goat whey and goat milk into high-quality ingredients for the food industry.
Formed last summer in a joint venture between goat cheese producer Bettinehoeve and AVH dairy trade, GMP is scheduled to begin various testing programmes over the next few months to ensure a smooth transition into its full production status.
