Innovation in dairy – not just in new products, but also in packaging, in processing, in our approach to climate change and other environmental concerns, in marketing and promotion, in the supply chain – is a key ingredient in this great industry of ours. It’s what keeps dairy fresh and relevant to our consumers, and it’s what gives dairy long life. It was important to the early pioneers of the industry and it’s equally important today.
It’s right that we should celebrate innovation and what’s good in dairy. So, after the success of the IDF Dairy Innovation Awards in 2010, it’s great to be able to announce the launch of the awards for a second year.
Visit the official website for more details.
As International Dairy Federation president Richard Doyle says, “The IDF Dairy Awards really showcase the performance and potential of the global dairy industry to producing innovative, safe and nutritious products sustainably. It’s an excellent opportunity to take stock of current knowledge, share information and best practices.”
Help us celebrate excellence in dairy worldwide by entering the awards.
