Häagen-Dazs is expanding its US offering with the introduction of a range of Butter Cookie Cones. The new innovation features crunchy butter cookie rolled into a cone that is lined with chocolate and filled with ice cream.
The debut flavours include a vanilla ice cream variant, topped with caramel sauce, chocolate curls and cookie pieces, and a strawberry flavour, with a white chocolate curl and raspberry sauce topping.
Meanwhile, the chocolate Butter Cookie Cone features chocolate fudge sauce, chocolate curls and cookie pieces, and the coffee variant an “espresso fudge” sauce, roasted almonds and cookie pieces.
According to Häagen-Dazs, the cocoa used in the new line is Rainforest Alliance certified. Sold in boxes of four, the ice cream products will be available in select retailers with full, national distribution expected by April 2023. In the US, Häagen-Dazs operates under Nestlé and PAI Partners' joint venture, Froneri.
