Some well-known chefs are already using Haughton Honey for curing meat, fish and game, as well as for serving up perfect puddings. Michelin Star chef Nigel Haworth is just one fan of Haughton Honey and uses it in recipes on the menu at the Nag’s Head at Haughton, near Tarporley, in Cheshire – close to where Haughton Honey is produced.
Made by bees and bottled by Haughton Honey at Radmore Farm, Haughton, the honey brand has been launched by bee farmer Crispin Reeves. It is 100% natural and pure, and made entirely by bees buzzing around the English countryside.
