Meal kit delivery service HelloFresh has acquired Colorado-based organic meal kit provider Green Chef for an undisclosed sum.
HelloFresh is one of a growing number of meal kit providers, and this acquisition adds Green Chef’s range of gluten-free and vegan meal kits to its portfolio.
The purchase also strengthens HelloFresh’s position in the US market, and will allow the brand to provide new options which comply with Paleo and Keto diets.
