Heuft’s InLine empty bottle inspection system is able to detect finish and sidewall faults more accurately. It inspects the container finish three times by projecting different coloured rings of light, avoiding false rejections. A high-resolution camera and image processing techniques clarify if a chip or crack is present ensuring a high level of product safety.
