Powdered food brand Huel has expanded its portfolio with the launch new “nutritionally complete” berry powder.
Blended with natural flavourings, the powder has a sweet twist of strawberry, raspberry and blueberries and is targeted at consumers who eat fruit in the morning.
The launch follows on from the introduction earlier this year of a coffee-flavoured powder which is based upon the vanilla Huel.
In a statement, Huel said: “Recognising that everyone has different taste preferences, this new flavoured Huel powder was created to appeal to the masses, giving people the opportunity to enjoy their Huel in a new way. The variety of different flavours of Huel powder further allows users to have a different flavour at each meal time.”
The brand, which was founded in 2015, said its powders provide the recommended daily intake of vitamins, removing the need to eat food.
It has since appointed the former CEO of Australian breakfast brand Up&Go James McMaster as its new chief executive and has launched a line of granolas.
The berry powder is now available with a recommended retail price of £45 for a bag of 28 servings.
