More than 450 representatives of companies in the international non-alcoholic drinks industry have already booked for what promises to be not only the networking opportunity of the decade, but also the industry’s biggest ever celebration of creativity and innovation. The event takes place during Drinktec, the world’s largest drinks industry trade show which is held in Munich every four years.
The Beverage Innovation Awards gala dinner is being held on 15 September in the ICM Ballroom, adjacent to the Drinktec trade fair halls. The welcome reception begins at 6pm, followed by a gourmet meal at 7.15pm, the awards presentation at 8.30pm, and dancing to the internationally renowned Sera Golding and the MiB Band from 10pm. Representatives of all the major international trade associations, plus every leading company, are already confirmed.
More than 340 entries from 40 countries were received in this year’s competition, which has been organised by Zenith International Publishing in partnership with Unesda, the Union of European Beverages Associations and WAFG, the German Alcohol-Free Drinks Association.
Over 20 categories see innovation in a wide variety of product areas, including juice, functional drinks, adult and children’s drinks, innovations in every kind of packaging plus areas such as health and the environment.
Finalists, winners and all entries will feature on FoodBev.com from 16 September and an awards showcase magazine featuring every entry is available.
