Fertility solutions provider Fruitful has issued a new infographic, which shows a series of dietary recommendations to help men improve their virility.
Its release follows the introduction of the company’s new dietary supplements for men, women and couples that claim to be able to boost the chances of conceiving naturally.
In the infographic, Fruitful suggests a diet high in foods such as fruit, vegetables and fish. It also recommends avoiding excessive drinking, high levels of caffeine, and processed and fried foods. In addition, it listed several ingredients that were good for the development of healthy sperm such as vitamin E – an antioxidant – and green tea extract, which boasts anti-inflammatory properties.
Fruitful managing director Sharon Shmueli said: “Boosting male fertility after 35… can be helped by increasing activity to at least two to three times a week, limiting alcohol consumption, quitting smoking and keeping a healthy diet. Taking the Fruitful for Him supplement on a daily basis can increase the couple’s chances to conceive. This all-natural supplement can help in protecting sperm and improve its parameters.”
