Moshy Cohen, CEO of Beverage Partners International (BPI), caught up with Bryony Andrews at Anuga 2019 to talk about trends in craft beverages and the challenges facing independent brands in today’s market place.
“Craft and functional beverages are the future,” Moshy believes. “People like brands that they can trust, authentic brands. We see so much momentum here.”
BPI’s aim is to help independent bottlers and brands to expand globally by connecting them via an international platform.
“It makes sense for successful, independent brand owners to work with other successful independent brand owners. And it makes sense for bottlers, rather than taking the risk of recreating a new brand, to launch a brand that has already been a success in other countries.”
