At the International Food & Drink Event 2015 held at Excel London from 22-25 March, Jessica Gay spoke to Sally Carson from Clive’s Pies about their win in the Best free from product at IFE 2015
Clive’s Pies have been making their products for numerous years, Sally described the award win as a ‘privilege’.
Originally making vegetarian, dairy free pies, the company moved over to make gluten-free pies in response to a growing demand.
