McWilliam brings 20 years of experience in championing global branding and building effective agency teams, which she will use to further strengthen Bluemarlin’s integrated offering, as well as carry out the agency’s mission to create ‘Brand Heroes’ – extraordinary brands that excel in the marketplace and make a positive impact in the world.
McWilliam has lent her talents to some of the world’s most prominent companies, including Mars, PepsiCo and Diageo.
