Løv Organic works with Crown Packaging on festive glögg tins

Løv Organic has partnered with Crown Aerosols and Specialty Packaging Europe to market its new organic infusion offering, Løvely Glögg, in premium metal packaging.

Glögg – known in many English-speaking countries as mulled wine – plays into Løv’s Scandinavian heritage, and the brand has revisited the traditional glögg recipe to come up with a fruity, spiced blend which sets the scene for a moment of festive cheer.

Løv Organic wanted a premium container and chose to continue its collaboration with Crown. Løv Organic shared specifications and designs with Crown’s creative team, which delivered high-quality tins that reinforce Løv Organic’s commitment to producing aesthetic packaging that stands out on the shelf and entices consumers.

The container is a metal, clip-top tin, finished in red with gold detailing. The detail includes snowflakes, Santa Claus, reindeer and pine trees – among other festive symbols – with a striking white dove motif at its centre featuring the Løv Organic logo.

The aim was to produce a tin that resembled the baubles on a Christmas tree and that appeals to the consumer’s ‘inner child’, Crown said.

The use of 100% recyclable steel highlights both Crown and Løv Organic’s commitment to producing truly sustainable products, and means that the tin may also be reused as a keepsake after the product inside has been consumed. The product highlights and continues the relationship between Løv and Crown, who have previously collaborated on several projects before and ‘share an ethos to contributing positively to the circular economy’, they said.
