Madagascan chocolate brand Madécasse is launching two new ‘holiday’ variants – Winter Spice and Peppermint – in time for the festive season.
Made with heirloom cocoa from Madagascar, the Winter Spice bar contains 63% dark chocolate and is lifted with the warmth of ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg, while the Peppermint variant features refreshing mint and a hint of nutmeg for a warm spice finish.
The 75g Winter Spice and Peppermint lines join the brand’s burgeoning bean-to-bar offering, including lines such as Toasted Coconut, Salted Almond, Sea Salt & Nibs and Espresso Bean.
“It’s been a great year to date, so the launch of these new variants will hopefully help us build on the momentum at a key time for chocolate eaters,” said co-CEO and co-founder Brett Beach. “The festive season is a time to indulge, step out of the norm and have the very best, so we are confident these bars can excite and will see strong interest as gifts, stocking fillers or at the Christmas table.”
